Why I ran for the school board: As a mom and grandma, I love kids, they are the foundation of our future and the most important job I have! Educating them, keeping them safe is our God-given right and responsibility, and I want to do the best I can.

Why I ran for the school board: I want to be able to support students and teachers. I also am passionate about supporting and helping the CTE Program continue to grow.

Why I ran for the school board: I am passionate about children, interested in education and making sure children get the best education possible.

Why I ran for the school board : I have lived in this community the majority of my life. In returning to La Grande in 2001, I had a goal to be actively involved in public service and supporting the community that has given me so much. I have a passion for education and children. The students in our schools will be the leaders of our community in the future, and the more we can five them as part of their education, the better our community will be in the future.

Place of work:  I just started a new job at RD Mac after working at Comfort Dental Lab for 43 years.

Why I ran for the school board:   Before I ran, we had no children. I liked the things LGSD was doing and wanted to help continue those things. I believe LGSD has maintained a high quality educational experience.
