The State of Oregon requires school districts to gather feedback from students, staff, families, and community members on our strategic plan every two years. The La Grande School District strategic plan provides clear direction and focus on what is most important to achieve our mission to "empower learners to learn, staff to thrive, and our community to prosper." This survey and review process allows the district to hear essential feedback on how we are doing and what updates would support our students, staff, and community effectively into the future.
