These noodles are something special, made from 50 percent Oregon-grown whole grain, featuring durum and Edison from Camas Country Mill in Junction City, Oregon and grown by Oregon farmer, Tom Hunton. The noodles taste amazing; not like the whole grain noodles of the past. Chewy, flavorful, fun to eat! Check your menus for these noodles, your kids will love them. We are preparing them with chicken and teriyaki, and a Japanese cucumber salad, SIMPLY DELICIOUS!
